Daily Mirror: Shape Up magazine
Created and edited the successful weight loss ‘Shape up’ diet pull-out series, to run as 8-page ‘mini magazines’ within the Mirror women’s section. Each supplement contained weight loss advice, easy-to-follow diets and real life diet success stories.
Top Sante magazine: Diet specials
Commissioned, wrote and edited weight loss booklets, including ‘Lose a stone for summer’ and ‘Make this your slimmest New Year ever!’
Caroline regularly functions as the senior creative lead for the advertising teams of national newspapers and magazines, helping win and execute six-figure ‘health and lifestyle content’ contracts. Some examples include:
P&G: Oral B: ‘Smile Britain’ – A series of four mini ‘good news’ papers, celebrating the importance of a winning smile to tie in with the London 2012 Olympics.
Department of Health: Change 4 Life: ‘How are the kids?’ – A series of four 8-page pull-out sections running in the Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror designed to boost the UK’s fitness levels and encourage families to make healthier eating choices.
Cancer Research UK: ‘Cancer – we’re coming to get you’ A series of branded content pages running in Metro newspaper to encourage women to sign up for Cancer Research UK’s popular fundraiser Race for Life.
Tesco: ‘Your Easter Eggs-travaganza!’ A 4-page Easter special for the supermarket chain, including recipes, games, gift ideas and fun activities to entertain the kids over the long weekend break.
