HFMA Health Journalist Of The Year, 2014

Caroline was recently awarded the prestigious HMFA Health Journalist Of The Year at a ceremony at the Natural Organic Products Europe show (see photo above). Presenting the award, HFMA Chair Lynn Lord commented: “Throughout Caroline’s impressive career in journalism she has been a very positive force, strongly advocating a healthy lifestyle and the role that good nutrition plays in that.” The HFMA – the voice of the UK’s natural health industry since 1965 – founded the Health Journalist of the Year award in 1996.

Mind Journalist Of The Year, 2009 (Shortlisted)

Caroline was shortlisted for the Mind Journalist of the Year which rewards excellence in reporting around mental health issues, after being nominated by a member of the public who was affected by her articles on anti-depressants.

HFMA Epilepsy Society Journalist Of The Year, 2008

Caroline won the Epilepsy Society award for best coverage in a national paper, based on an extensive feature she wrote for the Daily Mirror called ‘Taking Control Of Epilepsy’.
